St. Mary Catechesis of the Good Shepherd

 “We believe God and the child have a unique relationship with one another.
   Children need their own place to foster the growth of that relationship.
   The growth of this relationship is assisted by the adult,
but is directed by the Spirit of God within the child.”

 We welcome you to join us on our faith journey this year at St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church. We offer Catechesis of the Good Shepherd to lay the foundation of your child’s Catholic faith and Sacramental Preparation for 1st Communion and Confirmation. 
We offer the following sessions for 2025-2026:
Level One (3-5years) Tuesdays 3:30pm-5:00pm
Level Two (6-9years) Mondays 3:30pm-5:00pm
Level Three (9-12+ yrs) Mondays 3:30pm-5:00pm
     
Sacramental Preparation
1st Communion: In addition to weekly Atrium time, 
there will be extra sessions and a winter retreat
Confirmation: Weekly sessions will be held Monday evenings at 6:30pm

 All sessions begin the week of September 15, 2025

Please bring your registration payment to your child’s first CGS Session.
